Best electric shaver for function & price!!

I don't normally take the time to write reviews on products (although I always read other people's reviews) but I was so pleased with this shaver that I thought I'd let others know. I previously have bought Braun electric shavers for the last 15 years and they've been ok. When my last Braun finally died a couple weeks ago, I researched all the new shavers. I bought and tried the Norelco Arcitec, the new Braun 5000 series with Gillette blades and this Panasonic 4 blade model. The Panasonic hands down gave a smoother shave, was easiest to clean, felt best in my hand, and was the cheapest of the three! On top of that, the Panasonic motor is really fast (13,000 rpms) so the shave was very close and didn't nick up my neck at all (like the Arcitec did). The other two shavers were no comparison to this new Panasonic model. And although I normally think the charging/cleaning stations that some of these newer shavers come with are generally a waste (my last Braun came with one and the cleaning station broke a long time ago), the Panasonic station was pretty useful and the refills are cheaper than Brauns. It will even just dry the razor for you after you have rinsed the heads off with tap water if you don't feel like using the cleaning solution. This shaver can also be used wet/dry which the Braun and Arcitec cannot. I'm not saying I'll never go back to Braun or try another brand in the future, but Panasonic really did a great job with this shaver!! I would highly recommend it and I don't think you can go wrong with it.

I have a chubby face, and finding a good shaver has been a problem. I picked this up a few days ago, and this is the best shave I have had - gets the neck, chins, face - everything! Takes a couple passes, but I love it non-the-less!
